Project Location: 1630 S. Brownlee Blvd, Corpus Christi, TX 78404 The work consists of additions and renovations to an existing building; concrete; masonry; metals; wood, plastics, and composites; thermal and moisture protection; openings; finishes; specialties; equipment; furnishings; conveying equipment; fire suppression; plumbing; HVAC; integrated automation; electrical; exterior improvements; utilities; transportation. Questions and/or clarifications requested by Bidders must be in writing not less than 5 days before date set for receipt of Bids. The reply will be in the form of an Addendum, a copy of which will be forwarded to known recipients and plan room. Addenda cannot be issued any later than 2 days prior to the Bid Date. The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all offers. All proposals shall be accompanied by a cashier's or certified check upon a national or state bank in the amount of 5% of the largest possible total of the bid submitted, payable to Owner, or a bid bond in the same amount issued by a surety company licensed by the State Department of Insurance to do business in Texas and to issue said bonds. The bid bond must be signed by an authorized representative of the surety, and be licensed by the State Board of insurance. Bids without a check or bid bond will not be considered.
