The work, in general, consists of repairing and resurfacing approximately 0.80 mile of roadway with asphalt concrete. A bid security of 10% is required from all bidders. The bid security must be in the form of cash, certified or cashier's check, electronic bond (eBond), or a bid bond in favor of the Department. Bid Security other than electronic bond must be received by the Department prior to the bid opening closing time specified above. A payment bond and a performance bond each 100% of the value of the contract are required from the successful bidder.
