Replacement of HVAC System of the David S. Palmer Arena. The Vermilion County Metropolitan Exposition, Auditorium, and Office Building Authority reserves the right to waive technicalities and to reject any and all proposals, i he Arena in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, hereby notifies bidders that it will affirmatively ensure that all contracts entered pursuant to this advertisement will be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder, without discrimination on grounds of race, color, or national origin The project is for the complete replacement of the HVAC system of the David S. Palmer Arena. Bid packets can be obtained by contacting Teri Gaffney or Dwayne Gaylor at the Vermilion County. The Contractor Drovisions of the must comply with the 520 I LOS 130/1 Prevailing' Wage Act, et seq., which applies to the laborers, mechanics; and other workers employed in any public works.
