The Project Scope of Work: Entails all material, equipment, labor and incidentals to conduct Resurfacing, Restoration and Rehabilitation (RRR), striping, marking, and limited leveling improvements for County Road 13, a city street, from the southern City Limits (end of County maintenance) to the intersection of Morphy Avenue - 1.85 miles, more specifically: o Segment 1 - From southern city limits to south approach of Cowpen Creek Bridge - STA 00+00 to STA 2636 - 2,636 L.F. (0.5 Mi) o Segment 2 - From north approach of Cowpen Creek Bridge to end of south paving at new roundabout - STA 27+16 to STA 36+00 - 884 L.F. (0.18 Mi) o Segment 3 - From end of north paving at new roundabout to south edge of pavement of Morphy Avenue - STA 36+00 to STA 98+07 - 6,207 L.F. (1.18 Mi) Materials and workmanship shall be per the enclosed plans and specifications. This is a quantities-based project, and all quantities will be field verified prior to payment. This widening will be selective and be limited by geometric roadway constraints and budget availability.
