Site work for a municipal facility in Tampa, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a municipal facility.

It is hereby made a part of this Invitation to Bid that the submission of any Bid in response to this advertised request shall constitute a Bid made under the same conditions for the same contract price and for the same effective period as this Bid to all public entities in Hillsborough County. The City of Tampa's WMBE policies are narrowly tailored to identify Underutilized WMBEs by industry category. Bidders who are certified in the Underutilized category for the work/product detailed herein are eligible for award. In all cases, the Bidder must be WMBE and/or SLBE certified prior to the opening date and time of the bid. As proof of certification, include copies of City of Tampa WMBE and/or SLBE certificates in the bid. Questions regarding Vendor Registration, accessing bid documents or submission assistance within the GetAll system shall be emailed to support@getall.com. Reference Bid # and name in email subject line. Questions pertaining to the Bid document/specifications will be accepted up to ten business days prior to the scheduled opening date and time and shall be submitted within the GetAll system Question Deadline 01/22/2024 The scope of work consists of providing all locates needed before the start of this project for the removal of approximately 350 LF of existing fence and furnishing all labor, tools, material, equipment, and appurtenances necessary for the complete installation of approximately 350 LF of new 8' High 6 Gauge Galvanized Chain Link with Top Rail, Bottom Rail and Posts. 8' Height End Posts as Needed 2 - 8' X 12' 5" Galvanized Cantilever Gates. * Bidders will be responsible for verifying the dimensions prior to submitting their bid. * 9. BIDDER REQUIREMENTS Failure to meet these minimum level requirements shall result in the Bidder being deemed non-responsive. 9.1 Bidder shall be licensed by all federal, state, county, and municipality agencies which may have jurisdiction over the type of work reformed under this award. Submit license(s) with bid response. 9.2 Bidder shall submit with the bid, the following information for at least three firms for which the bidder has provided similar services within the last two years: o Name of Firm and Address o Point of Contact Person including Telephone Number o Description of Service including Start and Completion Dates 9.3 Bidder shall submit a list of equipment that is owned by, or will be leased, for the work that is detailed herein. This list shall be enough for the City to determine the responsibility of the bidder. The City reserves the right to inspect the bidder's place of business for the purpose of determining this responsibility. 9.4 Bidders shall submit a list of products that are to be used in the execution of the work that is detailed herein. 10. BUILDING RESTRICTIONS Awardee shall provide a list of all personnel to be assigned to perform the services of the award. All assigned Awardee personnel shall wear uniforms and/or identification labels of the Awardee's business while performing work related to this award at the facility and comply with all security measures required by the facility. Awardee shall make arrangements with the City's designee prior to off-loading tools and equipment. 11. PROJECT SCHEDULE The Awardee shall meet with City's designee prior to the commencement of work in order to finalize the schedule and timeline to complete the painting services in the designated areas based on scheduled programming. The time frame for the completion of the project will be 21 working days. For every day beyond the agreed upon schedule a cost of $200.00 will be assessed. The Awardee's work schedule shall not interfere with normal operations of the facility. It will be up to the Awardee to call for inspection from the designated person assigned to this project between each process in a timely as to not slow down the project in any way. Any schedule changes will need to be approved in writing by the City of Tampa personnel assigned to the project. 12. CLEANING UP The Awardee shall always keep the areas free from accumulations of tools, equipment, structures, waste materials and rubbish. After the completion of work, the Awardee shall promptly remove any items, which may have been brought to the City's facility and leave the areas in the same condition as before the start of the project. The City will inspect the cleanliness of the project areas and provide approval with the final written acceptance of the services provided.
