To provide PVC, CABLE GRIP, and Electrical Materials for Public Utilities. The City of Anaheim is seeking vendors to provide the items listed electronically per these Specifications. The City may award each line item individually to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. However, the City may also award items as a "Group" or a "Lot." Refer to these Specifications for information regarding the item "Groups/Lots." The City also reserves the right to delete an item or items from a Lot and proceed with the award of the remaining items within that Lot. The City further reserves the right to award the bid in the overall best interest of the City. A Bidder must submit a bid on all items listed as a "Lot" in order to be considered for award of the Lot. If a bidder wishes to submit a bid as "All or Nothing," they must clearly indicate that information in the Comments section for those bid line items. If not indicated, the bidder agrees to honor the bid pricing if awarded any items per these terms and conditions. This bid must remain valid for a minimum of 90 calendar days after the bid closes. If a bidder cannot meet that requirement for any item in this bid, they must clearly indicate that exception by stating the date bid prices will remain valid. Enter the information - in the Comment section next to each line item and note that we will consider this during the evaluation process. For example, a shorter hold time may toss that bid item out due to the time required to complete the evaluation and approval process. Any changes to the City's Terms & Conditions may deem your bid as Non-Responsive. The City reserves the right to review any exceptions and determine whether they are acceptable. All decisions by the City are final. All questions regarding this RFB must be submitted electronically. Answers to questions will be posted electronically for all interested bidders to review. Bidders who have obtain bid documents by the time the questions are responded to will receive an automated email notifying them of additional information and/or addendums posted electronically. All questions or concerns must be addressed to the Purchasing Agent only. In order to ensure that all parties receive accurate and consistent information, Bidders shall not contact other City Department employees during the bidding process. Bid Open: All bids, must be physically received in the Office of the Purchasing Agent, or submitted electronically on or before the closing time indicated in the bid documents. Bids mailed or delivered to the wrong location, or which for any other reason do not arrive in the Purchasing Division offices or electronic bid file by the due date and time are considered late and will be rejected. Bids will be publicly opened in the Purchasing offices immediately following the due date and time. 28.The City of Anaheim reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids.
