Site work and paving for a civil project in Wahoo, Nebraska. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.

The project is located on County Road 30 between County Road B and C in Saunders County, Nebraska. The project is referred to as "Valparaiso West, C-78(849)" and shall include all labor, materials, transportation, and equipment required for the construction of a three span 91'-9" concrete deck slab bridge on a 0-degree skew with a 28 ft. clear roadway, channel shaping, culvert pipe installation, roadway grading and related incidental work. Along with its Bid Proposal, each bidder shall submit an unconditional Bid Bond or Certified Check made payable to the County Treasurer of Saunders County, Nebraska, in an amount equal to five (5) percent of the Bid Proposal. Also, each bidder is to provide a Start of Construction date and an End of Construction date with their Bid Proposal. The desired completion is August 1, 2024. The successful bidder (i.e. Contractor) will be allowed ninety (90) calendar days for completion after beginning work at the site, provided they do not exceed their specified completion date. Additional days due to weather may be granted at the discretion of the Engineer. Within ten (10) days following the award of the Contract, the successful bidder shall furnish a surety bond or bonds in an amount equal to or greater than the full amount of the contract. The surety and form of the bonds are subject to the acceptance by the Saunders County Board of Supervisors.
