Site work for a mixed-use development in Birmingham, Alabama. Completed plans call for site work for a theater / auditorium; and water / sewer project.
The Birmingham-Jefferson Civic Center Authority will be accepting sealed bids from prequalified contractors for BJCC Amphitheater Grading and Utilities Package Prequalification information. Bids will only be accepted from prequalified bidders. Prequalification submissions must be received January 23, 2024, by 2:00 pm local time, with prequalification approval on January 25, 2024. Prequalified Bidders will be required to make a good faith effort to include MBE and DBE companies in the execution of this project.
