Provide all labor, materials, equipment, and permits to remove and dispose of 195 feet long by 40-inchwide and 6-inch-deep damaged sidewalk and replace with fiber mesh reinforced concrete of same measurements at the Department's Tumwater Falls Hatchery, located at 114 Deschutes Way SW, Washington 98501, in Thurston County. Engineer's Estimate: $37,500.00 No pre-bid walkthrough is scheduled. The undersigned agrees to pay the Owner as liquidated damages the sum of $94.00 for each consecutive calendar day that is in default after the Contract Time. Liquidated damages shall be deducted from the Contract by Change Order. The lowest responsive bid and responsible bidder is based upon the Base Bid. The Owner reserves the right to award the contract amount based on any or all of the bid items listed, to restrict the contract amount to the funds available, and to reject any or all bids for any reason whatsoever and waive informalities.
