Each Bidder must submit, at a minimum, the completed proposal pages; including the acknowledgement of addendum, unit bid prices, questionnaire, corporate information page and a certified check or proposal bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total bid amount, satisfactory to and payable to the order of the City of Newport, RI. F *The right is reserved, as the interest of the City may require, to reject any or all bid proposals, to waive any technical defect or informality in bids received, and to accept or reject any bid or portion thereof. The City of Newport reserves the right to reject any or all proposals or to accept any proposals deemed to be for the best interest of the City.
