Renovation of a municipal facility in Sheboygan, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

Sheboygan County Courthouse-Exterior Envelope Repair Project. The Project consists of comprehensive masonry restoration and window replacement at the Sheboygan County Courthouse and Annex Buildings. Work includes identified stone masonry repairs, repointing of all stone masonry joints, cleaning of all exterior stone cladding, replacement of original windows, and replacement of exterior sealant joints Work also includes incidental interior repairs as necessitated by the window replacement work. Lump sum bids will be received as follows: Single-Prime (All Trades), covering General Construction, Masonry Rehabilitation and Cleaning, Masonry Construction and Roofing Repairs, Window Replacement, Interior Finishes. The Owner reserves the right to accept Bidder's Base Bid, accept any one or more of the Bidder's Alternate Bids, reject any or all Bids, award contract based on its investigation of the Bidder's, as well as acceptance of Alternates all of which the Owner deems to be in its best interest and waive any informalities or minor irregularities in the Bids and walve minor irregularities in the bidding procedure, all at the Owner's discretion. A certified check, a cashier's check or a bid bond payable to the Owner in an amount not less than 5% of the maximum bid shall accompany each bid as a guarantee that if the bid is accepted, the Bidder will execute and file the proposed contract and bond within thirty days after the award of contract. Successful bidder must submit performance bond as stipulated in supplementary conditions. Bidders are required to have a recent (within last 12 months) Contractor's Qualification Statement, AIA Document A305 on file with the Owner, or shall submit one on or before January 30,2024 Bidders shall bring discrepancies, omissions and conflicts of doubt as to true meaning of any part of the contract documents to the attention of Architect, Paul Pyfferoen at ppyfferoen@str-seg.com by Tuesday, January 23, 2024. Any Contractor wishing to be added to the official Plan Holders List (for addenda) must contact the above listed plan house and provide them the required information.
