Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Wendell, North Carolina. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The Town of Wendell will receive sealed bids for the EB-6048 Wendell Blvd Sidewalk Improvements Project Bidders are required to be prequalified with NCDOT for their specific discipline. Please refer to Section 102-2 of the NCDOT 2024 Standard Specifications. Bidding, contract award and bonding requirements shall conform to N.C. Statutes for public facilities construction The project includes approximately 1,820 LF of sidewalk improvement along Wendell Blvd. Award will be made to the lowest, responsive, responsible bidder unless all bids are rejected. The Town of Wendell reserves the right to reject any or all bids. The project is generally described as follows: EB-6048 consists of approximately 1,820 LF ofsidewalk improvement along Wendell Blvd. (BUS 64). Project will include grading, drainage, paving, curb and gutter, traffic control, pavement markings and markers, utilities, erosion control, signing, and other related items as shown on the plans in accordance with these specifications and plans. All work shall be performed in accordance with the North Carolina Department of Transportation Standard Specifications for Roads and Structures dated January 2024 with all amendments and supplements
