The post will be 2 3/8" diameter schedule 40, corner post to be 4" schedule 40 with angle bracing both directions, Gate post to be 4" schedule 40. Tension wire will be required at the top of the chain fencing and will be secured to the fencing at 4' spacing. No top rail required. The fence will terminate on both sides of the cattle guard on the main entry. The contractor will be required to provide and install a set of double gates for access into the dumpster area. The contractor is to install an additional 12' utility gate for access to the emergency airfield area. The contractor will install a 3' personnel gate at the location specified by the owner at the time of installation. The contractor is required to provide a 6' fence option on the proposal. The contractor is required to remove the existing barbed wire fence and all associated obstructions. The owner will provide a 40-yard dumpster for all waste. THE PROJECT IS ESTIMATED TO HAVE A 60 DAY DURATION FROM TIME OF NOTICE TO PROCEED. CONTRACTORS RESPONSIBILITY To provide all labor, materials, fabrication, and services required to complete the scope of work set forth in this proposal. Any and all taxes, duties, and major shipping charges of any kind, as appropriate, are included in the pricing. All permitting and utility locations are the contractors responsibility. The contractor, at all times, shall keep the premises free from accumulation of waste, materials, or rubbish caused by his operations. At the completion of the work, he shall remove all his waste materials and rubbish from and about the project as well as all tools, construction equipment, machinery and surplus materials. Contractor must abid by the processing center rules. Awarded vendor will make all arrangements with the facility for a staging area for equipment storage.
