Supply of Grounds Materials. Pricing will be in effect from February 01, 2024 through January 31, 2025. Prices are not to include tax. HST is to be shown separately on your invoices. All items are to be priced DAP (Delivered basis) 12 Indigo Walk, Spryfield Community, Halifax. Bids received after this date and time will not be considered. Please fill out the company information at the bottom of quote page #1, complete with your signature. Quotations are to be submitted on the form provided and all applicable sections of the form are to be completed. The right to reject any or all quotations or to accept any quotation deemed most satisfactory is reserved by the Nova Scotia Provincial Housing Agency. Any addenda issued on this RFQ will be posted on the Nova Scotia government tenders website at: online. Items are ordered on an as-needed basis. In the event of any discrepancy between the signed paper copy of your bids and the electronic version, the entry in the signed paper copy will be adopted as the correct bid figure. Event Bid notes: Failure to submit the electronic spreadsheet within 48 hours of request will result in disqualification of bid.
