City of Midland Paving, Alleys, Streets & Sidewalks (COMPASS) 2023 Included in this Project will be City of Midland Paving, Alleys, Streets & Sidewalks (COMPASS) 2023 to be performed as outlined in the Plans and Specifications, which are necessary to satisfactorily complete the work. The project will include the removal, replacement, relocation, placement, and installation or existing and proposed paving, sidewalk, water, and appurtenances including all necessary mobilization, saw-cutting, pavement removal, excavation, trenching, embankment, embedment, backfill, compaction, form work, pavement repair, pavement placement, sidewalk repair, sidewalk placement, concrete joint sealing, erosion control, traffic control, stabilization, utility cover adjustments, as well as coordination with City of Midland staff and organizations such as OSHA, franchise utilities, etc. as needed, One Call (Texas 811) notifications for pending work, notifications to adjacent property owners as directed by City of Midland Staff, and all other work to be performed as outlined in the Construction Drawings and Specifications, to satisfactorily complete the work.
