Renovation of a detention facility in Gatesville, Texas. Working plans call for the renovation of a detention facility.
Installation of a new fire alarm system complete with the fire alarm control panels, annunciators, smoke detectors, releays, horns/strobes, conduit boxes, wire and other electrical components required to comply with the NFPA Life Safety Codes in multiple buildings. All work shall be performed as shown in the construction plans prepared by Parkhill, Smith & Cooper, Inc. Contractor must be bondable and insurable at the levels required. All bid proposals must be accompanied by a Bid Deposit in the amount of 5% of greatest amount bid. Performance and Payment Bonds in the amount of 100% of the contract amount will be required upon award of a contract. Question Deadline 02/05/2024 at 5:00 PM CT The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids, and to waive any informality or irregularity. The Owner shall issue the Notice to Proceed (NTP) at the Pre-Construction Meeting. The performance period shall commence upon issuance of the Notice to Proceed.
