Proposers may withdraw their proposal by written request at any time prior to the due date set for receiving proposals. No proposal may be withdrawn or modified after the due date and time, unless and until the award of the contract is delayed for a period exceeding ninety (90) days. The right is reserved to reject any or all proposals received, to waive irregularities, to postpone the award of the contract for a period of not to exceed ninety (90) days, and to accept that proposal which is in the best interests of the City of Billings, Montana. Award of any contract may be contingent upon approval by Billings City Council. Interactive directories shall be touch screen and have wayfinding software iv. Elevator lobby screens shall be synchronized with a programmable announcement software to notify visitors of events, meetings, etc b. Courtrooms - 2nd Floor i. Provide cameras and audio system as required for the two main courtrooms ii. Provide (2) lobby directories with announcement software in the secured lobby in the Courts area c. Police Hard Interview Rooms - 4th Floor i. Provide cameras and audio as required for the two 'Hard Interview Rooms' on the 4 th floor d. Council Chambers i.
