Tumbling Shoals Public Water Authority (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project: Water Meter Replacement Project # 12-23-01 The Project includes the following Work: The installation of 2,700 - 5/8 x3/4 Ultrasonic Water Meters and Endpoints, 20 1 Ultrasonic Water Meters and Endpoints, 2 1 Ultrasonic Water Meters and Endpoints, 12 2 Ultrasonic Water Meters and Endpoints, 300 meter box lids, and 150 meter boxes and lids. For all further requirements regarding bid submittal, qualifications, procedures, and contract award, refer to the Instructions to Bidders that are included in the Bidding Documents. Bidders are hereby notified that this contract is subject to applicable labor laws, non-discrimination provisions, wage rate laws and other federal laws including the Fair Labor Standards Acts of 1938. The Work Hours Act of 1962, the American Rescue Plan Act of 2021, Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 also apply. Domestic Preference provisions, as set forth in the Uniform Grant Guidance 200.322, applies to this project. Registration and good standing in the System for Award Management (SAM) will be required prior to contract execution. Project is subject to 2 C.F.R. Part 180 (excluded parties both contractors and sub-contractors) and Treasury s implementing regulation at 31 C.F.R. Each Bidder must comply with the requirements, terms, and conditions of the Federal Acquisition Requirements pertaining to ARPA funds, Disadvantaged, Minority and Women Business Enterprise (DBE/MBE/WBE) requirements, the Consolidated Appropriations Act of 2014 (Public Law 113-76) including the American Iron and Steel (AIS) requirement, Labor Standards, Equal Employment Opportunity, and the Prohibition on certain telecommunication and video surveillance services or equipment provisions during the performance of this contract. The Bidder commits itself to the requirements for the participation contained herein and all other requirements, terms, and conditions of these bid conditions by submitting a properly signed Bid.
