Site work and new construction of an elderly care / assisted living facility in Simcoe, Ontario. Design plans call for the construction of a 120,000-square-foot, 128-bed elderly care / assisted living facility; and for site work for a elderly care / assisted living facility.
Construction of a new long-term care home, approx. 120,000 sq ft; an additional 128 beds, which will expand bed capacity to 161 and meet upgraded provincial design standards and enhance services for residents. The new facility will include features for residents with dementia and provide increased privacy. TIMELINE: Conceptual planning is underway. Collaborating with the Ministry of Long-Term Care, the project is progressing through the capital planning process. Scope of work and final site selection have yet to be finalized. Further update summer/fall 2025. *Construction cost has yet to be determined.
