Building A (24 Ductless Split Units) 1 (2 units) 3 (2 units) 4 (2 units) 5 (2 units) 7 (2 units) 9 (2 units) 13 (2 units) 15 (2units) 16 (2 units) 17 (2 units) Air Conditioning Units: o Before ordering equipment, provide specifications of A/C units to Project Coordinator for approval. o Condensation drain lines shall be ran to the exterior of the building. o Any equipment and/or installations changes identified during the pre-bid meeting/walkthrough shall be verified and approved by the Project Coordinator. o Changes will be posted as an Addendum to the Scop 19 (2 units) 20 (2 units) 21 (2 units) 2 (2 units) o Condensers are to be installed under building A. o Install four (4) wall mounted exhaust fans under building A at window controlled by a timer. o Start-up and check out the operation of the equipment installed. Making sure there is not excessive noise or vibration. There should be no leaks in the system. Electrical: o Contractor shall provide all necessary components for a complete installation of all A/C units; including but not limited to conduits, wiring, outlets, etc. for the fourteen (14) classrooms. o Contractor shall provide all necessary components for a complete installation of the four (4) wall mounted exhaust fans controlled by a timer; including but not limited to conduits, wiring, outlets, etc. Patching: o All penetrations through walls/windows shall be completely sealed. o All added and/or replaced lumber and/or plywood shall be patched and painted. Wood trim shall be used for gaps larger than 1/4 inch. o Any damages caused by the contractor's work shall be properly patched and painted to match surrounding areas. Project is tentatively scheduled to commence upon award of contract and must be completed by July 26, 2024. Any work which would disrupt the classroom should be scheduled for "No Students" days (calendar provided by the school) or pre-arranged relocation of students if possible A performance bond is required for all projects $50,000 and above
