Renovation of a conference / convention center in Ocean City, Maryland. Completed plans call for the renovation of a conference / convention center.
Mayor & City Council Ocean City is seeking Proposals from qualified and experienced vendors to provide for the Convention Center Life Safety Improvements Project and for said work to conform with the Proposal Documents. The last day for questions will be on Thursday, February 1, 2024, at 3 PM. The Addendum will be posted by close of business on Tuesday, February 6, 2024. Bid Documents must be accompanied by a Bid Bond payable to the Town for Five (5%) percent of the total amount of the bid. . The Successful Vendor will be required to provide the Town with a performance bond and payment bond, each in the amount of 100 percent of the Contract Price, with a corporate surety approved by the Town for the faithful performance of the Contract. The Town will issue a Notice to Proceed within ten (10) calendar days from the execution of the Contract
