Street Rehabilitation which includes grind and overlay of existing asphalt and ADA upgrades to existing curb access return ramps. The project is located on Sierra Avenue, from San Bernardino Avenue to Valley Boulevard. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any irregularity, to accept any bid or portion thereof, and to take all bids under advisement for a period of ninety (90) calendar days. Pursuant to Section 1773.2 of the Labor Code, the current prevailing rate of per diem wages at the time of the Bid determined by the Director of the Department of Industrial Relations ("DIR") are on file at the office of the City Engineer. This project is subject to compliance monitoring and enforcement by the DIR. At the time of submitting a bid, the prime contractor and subcontractor shall possess a Class "A" contractor's license or a combination of Class "C" specialty contractor's license(s) sufficient to perform the work.
