The facilities will remain open and operating under their normal operating schedule during the period of performance. The Contractor will remove, rebuild and replace one (1) motor per Air Handler Unit at the locations listed below until complete. Each bid must be accompanied by a bid bond made payable to Horry County in an amount of five percent (5%) of the Base Bid (excluding alternates and/or optional bid items). A performance bond in the amount of 100% of the contract price shall be required. A payment bond in the amount of 100% of the contract price shall be required. *The County, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids, in whole or in part, that are deemed to be in the best interest of the County
