The work proposed is located in and along Jones Street and Springside Avenue, owned by the Town of Poughkeepsie and located in the Town of Poughkeepsie, Dutchess County, New York. 2. The work area will be primarily along Jones Street, an active street within the Town of Poughkeepsie. B. This contract consists mainly of the following work, as shown on the plans and described more fully in Division 100, Sections 2 and 3: 1. Work proposed under this contract consists mainly of installing new concrete sidewalk, concrete curbing, ADA drop ramps and painted crosswalks. 2. Demolition and removal of existing asphalt and concrete sidewalks. 3. All work shall comply with all safety and quality standards mentioned in the specifications or known.
