Renovation of an educational facility in Castlegar, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The work includes, but is not limited to, the renovation of: The existing Female & Male Washrooms on the Lower Floor of O Wing (each @ approximately 325 square feet) at the Castlegar Campus of Selkirk College located at 301 Frank Beinder Way, Castlegar, BC V1N 4L3. The work includes demolition, steel studs, drywall, interior finishes (painted gypsum board,ceramic floor & wall tile) millwork, ceramic floor and wall tile, millwork, supply and installation of miscellaneous specialties, painting, mechanical and electrical work. The work includes minor remediation of hazardous materials. Refer to Pre-Renovation Hazardous Materials Survey Report included with these documents.
