The purpose of this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) is to solicit statement of qualifications from qualified firms interested in providing a Housing Master Plan for on campus facilities. This master plan study will help the University to analyze the existing and future needs of SDSU's Housing program with the goal of adding 5000 beds to SDSU's Housing Facilities. Your response to the RFQ should demonstrate your firm's ability to provide feasibility study services per CSU Standards in a concise Statement of Qualifications. SDSU reserves the right to reject any and all Statement of Qualifications. A "Notice of Intent to Award" will be publicly posted for five (5) consecutive working days prior to the award. Written notification will be made to unsuccessful proposers.
