Asphaltic concrete and bituminous base (hot mix-hot laid) must be delivered in trucks capable of dumping into laydown machine when specified. Bidder must be able to provide sufficient number of trucks to keep laydown machine in continuous operation for daily eight hour period. If low bidder cannot supply trucks and/or material when required by city's construction schedule, next low bidder may be requested to supply the same product.
