The Authority intends to employ a CM/GC firm that shall provide all professional services as defined herein, in connection with the construction of the elevator addition as described above. Additional project items include installing mini split HVAC systems in the units and replacing all unit and common area windows. There are 53 units with 2 windows each. Additionally, the existing community laundry room and staff office will be relocated to accommodate the new elevator design. Work may include but is not limited to design program review, planning, design review, scheduling, cost estimating, life-cycle cost-engineering, value-engineering, constructability reviews, construction sequencing options and the CM/GC will also serve as general contractor for the project, at-risk.
