Division 2 Elevated Storage Tank: Furnish all labor, materials, equipment and incidentals to construct and erect a new multi-column 75,000 gallon elevated storage tank with 112 feet to high-water-level, including but not limited to the following: Traffic Control, Mobilization and Design Lump Sum; Foundation Lump Sum; Fabrication and Erection Lump Sum; Surface Preparation and Coating Lump Sum; Site Work and Piping- Lump Sum; and miscellaneous associated work. Division 3 Elevated Storage Tank Demolition: Furnish all labor, materials, equipment and incidentals to demolish and dispose of an existing 50,000 gallon elevated storage tank, and miscellaneous associated work. Each bidder shall accompany its bid with bid security as security that the successful bidder will enter into a contract for the work bid upon and will furnish after the award of contract a corporate surety bond, in form acceptable to the City, for the faithful performance of the contract, in an amount equal to one hundred percent of the amount of the contract.
