This contract is intended for emergency situations where one or several occupied properties are impacted, not necessarily due to widespread flooding from a rain event. The intent is for the vendor to make the living conditions safe, not to restore damaged property. The resulting contract will run 7/1/24 - 6/30/27. Buyer Preferences, Guidelines & Requirements General Requirements - Insurance Required DWSD Procurement, acting on delegated authority of the Director of DWSD, reserves the right to not award a contract / PO and may reject any or all bids if none is considered to be in the best interest of DWSD.
