Reference Number 0000338580 Question Acceptance Deadline 01/16/2024 04:00 PM EST Questions are submitted online No, Contractor questions must be submitted via or emailed to dwsdcontracts@detroitmi.gov Purchasing Contact Scott Daniel Procurement Specialist Scott.Daniel@detroitmi.gov Purchase Type: Duration: 3 years Over the next three years, DWSD requires as-needed basement cleaning and sanitizing services, as well as HVAC replacement or repairs, for occupied houses damaged by flooding related to a water and/or sewer asset(s) that result in an urgent health and safety need. This contract is intended for emergency situations where one or several occupied properties are impacted, not necessarily due to widespread flooding from a rain event. The intent is for the vendor to make the living conditions safe, not to restore damaged property. The resulting contract will run 7/1/24 - 6/30/27. Buyer Preferences, Guidelines & Requirements General Requirements - Insurance Required DWSD Procurement, acting on delegated authority of the Director of DWSD, reserves the right to not award a contract / PO and may reject any or all bids if none is considered to be in the best interest of DWSD.
