The Contractor shall be responsible for supplying all equipment necessary to perform all abatement activities from the exterior of the building. Necessary equipment may include but shall not be limited to scaffolding, aerial lifts, cranes, or high reaches. The Contractor shall also be responsible for supplying all workers utilizing the aforementioned equipment with the appropriate personal protective equipment necessary to accomplish their work activities in a safe manner. Where applicable, the Contractor shall also be responsible for the safe operation, maintenance, and where applicable inspections of all equipment and PPE.
