Request for sub-contractor proposals for Anahuac Elementary School Remodel (905 S. Ross Sterling, Anahuac, TX 77514), Anahuac Middle School Remodel (706 Mikhael Ricks Dr., Anahuac, TX 77514) and Anahuac High School Remodel (201 Kansas Ave S., Anahuac, TX 77514) projects Durotech, Inc., as Construction Manager at Risk on behalf of Anahuac I.S.D. will receive sub-contractor/vendor proposals for the Anahuac Elementary School Remodel, Anahuac Middle School Remodel and Anahuac High School Remodel projects as designed by cre8 Architects. Prevailing wage rates in conformance with Texas law will be paid on this project. All proposals shall remain valid for ninety (90) days. The Owner, Architect/Engineer, and Construction Manager reserve the right to reject any and all proposals, to waive any informalities and irregularities in the proposal process, and to make the awards in the best interest of the Owner. Work will include (but not limited to) the demolition of the existing entry canopy and replacement, new concrete drive and sidewalks, parking lot lighting replacement, painting existing building elements, selective demolition of existing construction, drywall partitions, security transaction window, scheduled finishes, bullet resistant paneling, acoustical ceilings, lighting, plumbing and mechanical systems.
