The modular unit must meet the following minimum specifications. The bid price must include the cost for the unit, delivery plus unloading at the jobsite and installation. Include any product literature or information. SCS reserves the right to extend the contract for an additional four, one-year terms. All extensions are subject to approval by both parties. The term of this contract shall be January 1, 2024 - December 31, 2024. Installation o The Contractor must provide all tools, transportation, services, supervision, materials and equipment necessary for and incidental to satisfactory completion of required work in compliance with all codes, ordinances, rules, regulations, order and other legal requirements of public authorities which bear on performance of the required work. o The Contractor shall be responsible for delivery and staging of equipment.
