Reference Number 0000338559 This project includes: Relocation of the pressure reducing valve (PRV) facility located at the northeast corner of Walton Boulevard and Brewster Road as well as installation of water main to connect new facility to existing water system. Abandonment of existing PRV facility, pipes, and valves. Question Deadline 01/09/2024 at 5:00 PM ET Questions are submitted online No. General Requirements - Bid Deposit Required - Insurance Required Bonding Requirements - Performance Bond 100 % - Maintenance Bond 25 %. Each Bid must be accompanied by a certified check or a bid bond in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the bid amount and in a form acceptable to the City. The Contractor shall complete the project, including restoration of all disturbed areas, within the time limits indicated below and after the Notice to Proceed has been given. Final completion shall be no later than May 1, 2024. *The right to accept any bid, to reject any or all proposals and to waive defects in bids is reserved by the City of Rochester Hills. Portions of this Contract may be deleted due to unforeseen circumstances without compensation.
