Site work for a water / sewer project in Boston, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Pier 10 Upgrades and Floating Dock Childs Engineering Corporation produced construction documents to complete the project. The proposed improvements at Pier 10 will include a new floating dock, gangway system, and the addition of two 20 foot by 10 foot covered passenger waiting areas. In addition, there will be upgrades to the existing Pier 10 structure. Questions on this IFB: Please submit any and all questions by January 23, 2024 to the BPDA Procurement Office at BPDA.CPO@boston.gov and Jason Tobin / Real Estate at Jason.w.tobin@boston.gov / BPDARealEstate@boston.gov. The sites listed in this IFB may be visited by bidders independently; for any questions, please email the Project Manager. Vendors will receive copies of all questions and responses by January 25, 2024. Answers to vendors' questions will be in the form of an addendum to the IFB. Wednesday, 2/7/2024 - Final Questions Due (5PM Vendor submission deadline)
