As of June 21, 2024, the scope of this project is expected to be reevaluated in late 2024. A firm timeline for construction has not been established. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: Reference Number 0000338716 The Town of Mamaroneck is seeking proposals for consultant design services to provide site planning and design development for renovation and potential expansion of the existing outdoor pool complex and related facilities at its Hommocks Park Complex. The Town currently owns and maintains an outdoor swimming pool and shallow spray pad area within existing fenced areas on the park property. Construction of new improved facilities to better serve the recreational needs of the community is the focus of this design scope. Development of a new outdoor pool complex containing features including but not limited to a new splash pad, zero-depth entry pool, patios, picnic area, shade canopies, restroom facility and updated mechanical equipment building will be considered under the consultant's scope.
