The Facility Operations Services of the City of Ottawa, hereinafter referred to as the City, is seeking offers from qualified vendors to provide all labour, equipment, and materials for janitorial services at the following facilities: Rideau Town Hall located at 2155 Roger Stevens Drive Metcalfe Town Hall located at 8243 Victoria Street North Gower Works Garage located at 2145 Roger Stevens Drive Rideau Archives located at 6581 Fourth Line Road North Gower Library located at 6579 Fourth Line Road Manotick Library located at 5499 South River Manotick Depot located at 4244 Rideau Valley Drive Southpointe Community Centre located at 220 Stoneway Drive Ken Ross Park Field House located at 700 Longfields Drive The janitorial service shall be completed in accordance with the specifications, terms and conditions set out herein. The period of contract shall commence on 01 March 2024 and shall end on 28 February 2026. The City may, at its discretion, extend the period of contract for three (3) additional one (1) year terms subject to satisfactory performance by the Contractor and provided the contract pricing, terms and conditions for the extended period are acceptable to the City and the Contractor.
