Contractor Qualification DCAMM Certificate Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000. Scope of Work: The Contractor shall perform all Work required by the Contract Documents for CREATIVE PLACEMAKING: RENOVATIONS TO EXISTING COMMUNITY CENTER REBID Project No. 285082 referred to in the Contract Documents prepared by RGB ARCHITECTS as and referred to as the Prime Designer The following is the General Scope of Work at a minimum, required to be performed by the Contractor for asbestos abatement work in each of the work areas identified per the report. The Contractor shall adhere to the Scope of Work in the report as well as any additional requirements stated herein. 1. Work area preparation, including pre-cleaning, installation of critical barriers and polyethylene sheeting, construction of decontamination facilities, work area enclosures, sealing, isolation, and other activities as directed by the Owners Representative. 2. Installation and operation of HEPA filtration units sufficient to achieve a minimum of four to six air changes per hour in each containment. The exact locations of HEPA filtration units, decontamination units, and other stationary equipment shall be coordinated with other contractors, Owner, and the Owners Representative. 3. Removal and disposal of all specified ACM, asbestos containing waste materials and non- asbestos containing materials, as specified in the Asbestos Report. Dispose of all specified materials and debris as asbestos waste. 4. Pre-cleaning of all asbestos-containing debris, as necessary, in all work areas prior to abatement.
