All Contractors Named in This Proposal Shall Possess a Valid Public Works Contractor's Registration Certificate Pursuant to Njsa 34:11-56.48 Et. Seq., at the Time the Proposal is Received. No Bid Proposal May Be Withdrawn for a Period of Sixty (60) Days After the Date of Opening. Bidders Are Required by Law to Submit a List of Names and Addresses of All Interest Holders Owning 10% or More of the Business Entity's Interest.
