Each bid must contain the full name of every person or company interested in same and shall be accompanied by a one hundred percent (100%) bid bond or a certified check in the amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the net bid submitted, payable to the City of Independence, as a guarantee that if the bid is accepted, a contract pursuant thereto will be entered into.
