J. Quinn Hangar) at the Culpeper County Regional Airport located at 12517 Beverly Ford Road, Brandy Station, Virginia. 22714. The Hangar is an approximately 50' X 220' building consisting of ten (10) Hangars to accommodate small aircraft. This project consists of the structural repairs of the Hangar Building to include, but not limited to the removal, storage and replacement of sliding doors in order to replace the headers, replacement of deteriorated and undersized headers as noted, strengthening/reinforcement on trusses and gable end walls as noted , and installing weather protecting flashing. COMPETITION INTENDED It is the County's intent that this Invitation for Bid (IFB) permit open competition. It shall be the bidder's responsibility to advise the Purchasing Agent in writing if any language, requirement, specification, etc., or any combination thereof, inadvertently restricts or limits the requirements stated in this IFB to a single source. Such notification must be received by the Purchasing Agent no later than five (5) days prior to the date set for bids to be received.
