This rehab project includes work with HVAC units. This is a Federally Funded construction project and is subject to compliance with all applicable Federal Labor Standards, but is exempt from Davis Bacon Act. A performance bond in the amount of 100% of the bid amount shall be required upon execution of the contract and prior to beginning work. Taxes and permit fees DO apply. Remove and replace existing A/C air cooled condensing with new unit, manufacturer to provide most current refrigerant to replace R-410A. Contractor to replace existing coil on furnace under crawlspace as required. All work is to meet local code inspection standards.
