Renovation of a municipal facility in Charlevoix, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

Project location: 220 W. Garfield St, Charlevoix, MI 49720 Minimum expectations and scope of proposals: acquire proper roofing permit remove all existing roofing down to the bare base material replace any damaged base material install Certainteed ice guard (minimum 6') from the edge of the roof and at all eaves or valleys, one row at any intersecting walls or penetrations felt over remaining roof install new drip-edge on eaves and rakes install new flashing at stack pipe and chimney penetrations install new, at a minimum, 25-year guaranteed shingles install new vents install new ridge vent on all peaks install new and matching ridge caps removal of all material and debris from the site cleanup of the worksite include "suggested Allowance" of $5,000.00 for possible repair/replacement of damaged base sheathing and/or facia For questions, site visit, or other pre-submission inquiries, please contact Terry Amick at 231-437-0945
