Site work and new construction of a fire / police facility in McCammon, Idaho. Completed plans call for the construction of a 14,660-square-foot, two-story above grade fire / police facility; and for site work for a fire / police facility.

Bid Packages shall consist of multiple individual trade scope packages that will be a subcontract to Bateman-Hall. City of McCammon has retained Bateman-Hall as a CM/GC, to coordinate the management of the overall project. Each Subcontractor will be required to cooperate and coordinate with the CM/GC and all other subcontractors to perform their work in accordance with a Master Project Schedule developed, updated, and maintained by the CM/GC. PROJECT SCOPE: New Fire Station for the City of McCammon, ID and associated site work. All work shall be performed in accordance with Contract Documents, Plans, Specifications, Department of Public Works Standards, The International Building Code, and as directed by the City of McCammon Representatives BID PACKAGES Will be as per BID PACKAGE INDEX (Spec Section 000031). COMMUNICATION: All communication is to be through Bateman-Hall, Inc. Requests for clarification or interpretation of the Bidding Documents must be in writing and received no later than January 17, 2024, at noon. Questions received after the above-noted deadline may be answered at the discretion of the CM/GC Revisions, additions, and deletions will be made by written addenda issued by the CM/GC and/or RESIN Architects. Only questions answered by formal written addenda will be binding. Oral and other interpretations or clarifications will be without legal effect. The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any and all proposals with or without cause, for any reason determined in its sole subjective determination to be in its best interest and to waive any informality in bidding. City of McCammon will determine whether to award the Contract within a period not to exceed forty-five (45) days from Bid Opening Date and will notify the Bidders of the determination. All Bidders are expected to honor their proposals for the 45-day review period. Bid bonds will not be required for subcontractors to bid. Scope- The construction of a new 7500 SF vehicle bay, office area for both the fire department and City of McCammon, council chambers, sleeping area, and associated site work. Work of Contract can be summarized by reference to the Contract, General Conditions, Special Conditions, specification sections as listed in the "Table of Contents" bound herewith, drawings as listed in the "Index of Drawings" bound with the drawings, addenda, and modifications to the contract documents issued subsequent to the initial printing of this project manual and including but not necessarily limited to printed matter referenced by any of these. It is recognized that work of Contract is also unavoidably affected or influenced by governing regulations, natural phenomenon including weather conditions, and other forces outside the contract documents. ALTERATIONS AND COORDINATION The work of this Contract includes coordination of entire work of project, including preparation of general coordination drawings/diagrams/schedules, and control of site utilization; from the beginning of activity, through the project close-out and warranty periods. Milestone Dates: Construction starts on or before - 04/01/24 Completion of building pad - 04/28/24 Building concrete slabs - 06/28/24 Building dry-in date - 08/23/24 Asphalt Paving Complete - 10/31/24 Substantial Completion - 02/28/25
