Sweet Hollow Area Water System Interconnection. Construction of approximately 2,420 LF of 6-inch PVC water line and other associated appurtenances. Materials are being supplied by the Owner to be installed by the Contractor. The Contractor shall furnish all tools, equipment, labor, and miscellaneous supplies necessary for the installation and commissioning of the Owner-Furnished/Contractor-Installed (OFCI) Materials. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bidsshall be on a lump sum and unit price basis, with additive alternate bid items as indicated in the Bid Form. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda delivered to all parties recorded as having received the Bidding Documents. Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. Only questions answered by Addenda will be binding. Oral and other interpretations or clarifications will be without legal effect. The date that the Bidding Documents are transmitted by the Issuing Office will be considered the Bidder's date of receipt of the Bidding Documents.
