Renovation of a multi-residential development in Kirkland, Washington. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development.
Question deadline: 01/23/2024 at 09:00 a.m. Questions pertaining to the bid are to be sent via email to MichelleJ@kcha.org no later than seven (7) calendar days prior to bid due date. All responses shall be in the form of Addenda. Work consists of replacement of fireplace and bathroom fans in Building J, N & U PERFORMANCE AND PAYMENT BONDS: As a condition of award Performance and Payment bondsfor 100% of the Contract Award Amount shall be furnished for the Work. On contracts of one hundred fifty thousand dollars ($150,000.00) or less, at Contractors option the requirement may be waived in lieu of an additional 5% (total 10%) retainage.
