This project focuses on structural repairs at the Capitol Street Ramp including: sealant replacement, concrete repairs, fiber-reinforced plastic (FRP) wrap, weld tie repairs, painting, membrane replacement, steel stair improvements, and other miscellaneous repairs. All work is to be done in strict compliance with the Project Manual prepared by Shive-Hattery, Inc. of Iowa City, Iowa, which has heretofore been approved by the City Council, and are on file for public examination in the Office of the City Clerk. Start Date: 20 May 2024 Substantial Completion Date: 22 July 2024 Final Completion Date: 21 August 2024
