Renovation of a municipal facility in Harrisonville, Missouri. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Questions regarding this ITB should be directed to: Matt Carver, Public Works Superintendent (816) 380-8964 The Project consists of the construction of reinforced concrete slab and footings for a prefabricated metal building located at the City s Street Department. See Attachment #2. Work shall be in accordance with the attached Scope and include all appurtenances, connections, and cleanup necessary for a complete and operational building structure. Missouri Prevailing Wage Rates shall NOT apply to all work. Any questions regarding this bid should be directed to Matt Carver, Public Works Superintendent at 816-380-8964. If time permits, such questions should be submitted in writing. The City reserves the right to request that all questions be submitted in writing. The City reserves the right to provide such questions and answers to all prospective offerors in the form of an addendum to the ITB. Bid bond in the amount of 5% of the bid.
