The construction project will include the following elements Implementation of traffic control and installation of temporary protective cover Removal of temporary fence Repair concrete Repair chain link railing Additional Fence panel repair - west side of bridge The engineer's estimate for the work is $150,000. The work shall include permanent repair of the Mace I-80 Overpass fence in accordance with the intent of the Project Plans and Specifications and the requirements of the Caltrans-issued encroachment permit. Contractor shall be responsible for complying with all encroachment permit requirements - see Attachment A (City will supply the third-party inspector). All work shall be performed in accordance with the City of Davis Standard Specifications January 1996 Edition, Addenda through September 2021, General Prevailing Wage Rate, Labor Surcharge and Equipment Rental Rates, and the Contact Documents.
