Site work for a water / sewer project in Danville, Indiana. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
In accordance with IC 5-23-5, The Town of Danville ("Town") invites all qualified parties to submit Proposals and Statements of Qualifications to construct, repair, and/or transfer utility, infrastructure, and related site-work ("Project") in the Town under a public-private partnership. The purpose and intent of the Project is to provide sanitary sewer upgrades for the eastern area of the Town's sanitary sewer collection system The responses to the RFP/Q will provide a means by which the Town of Danville will select a single Developer to complete the Project. Any responses received after that time will not be accepted. Three (3) copies of the response to this request must be submitted along with an electronic PDF copy. RFP/Q responses must be submitted in the format outlined in the obtained guidelines. Each RFQ response will be reviewed to determine if it is complete prior to actual evaluation. The Town of Danville reserves the right to reject any and all RFP/Q responses and to be the sole judge of the value and merit of the RFP/Q responses offered. As noted, it is the intent of the Town of Danville to use this RFP/Q as a method of implementing improvements to the municipally owned wastewater utility
